In order to ensure personal and effective coaching of  employees, managers or teams I combine face-to-face coaching with e-coaching (Pluform and Skype). This means that coaching programmes can be completely custom made.

During the coaching we will enter into an equal cooperative relationship. What can you expect when ringing my digital doorbell? During an intake interview we will discuss the development issues , sound out our working relationship and we will talk about goals and the course of the coaching programme. A coaching programme typically consists of 5 interviews lasting  and hour and a half.
